DELIVERY POLICY
This Delivery Policy applies exclusively to products purchased through the official SAVAGE website: www.savagescents.online.

Processing & Delivery Times

Order Processing: 1–2 working days

Delivery Time: 2–5 working days (depending on stock availability)
Please note: We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver only to physical addresses within South Africa.
All orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Order Tracking & Notifications

Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an order number via email, which you can use to track the status of your delivery.

No changes to the delivery address or method can be made once the order is confirmed.
Delivery Conditions

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be impacted by factors beyond our control.

If your address is in a remote area, we may contact you to arrange an alternative delivery method or timeline. In rare cases, we reserve the right to cancel the order if delivery is not feasible.
Delivery Instructions & Proof of Delivery

During checkout, you may add delivery instructions or specify an authorized recipient in the "Notes" section.

The courier will only deliver to the specified address and to either you or the authorized person named.

Proof of identification will be required upon delivery.

The person receiving the order must sign the courier waybill to confirm the package was received in good condition.
If the Package is Damaged Upon Delivery
In the rare event that your package appears damaged or the security seal is broken, the receiving person can:

Inspect the package in front of the courier and note any issues (damages, breakages, missing items) directly on the courier’s waybill.

Reject the delivery and send it back with the courier, clearly stating the reason on the waybill.
In both cases, the courier and the recipient must co-sign the waybill.
If the damaged parcel is still accepted, the waybill will reflect that it was received in damaged condition and acknowledged by both parties.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
At SAVAGE, your satisfaction is our top priority. Please take a moment to review our returns and exchange policy below.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

Must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition as received.

Must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Return & Exchange Fees
For Returns

A R150 return fee and a 10% handling fee will be deducted from your total refund.

All items received, including any free promotional items, must be returned.
For Exchanges

A R150 delivery fee applies for exchanges.

Once payment is received, we will begin processing your exchange.

Only one exchange is allowed per order.

Free items are not eligible for exchange.
Why Are There Fees?
Return and exchange fees cover:

Non-refundable shipping costs

Handling and inspection of returned items, which cannot be resold once opened or used
Return Process
Once your returned items are received and inspected:

If approved, refunds will be processed within 3 business days

Refunds via payment gateway may take additional time, depending on the provider

If we need additional banking information, we will contact you directly
If there are any issues with the condition of returned items, we will reach out before proceeding.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following:

Items that are used, opened, damaged, or not in their original packaging

Items missing parts (unless due to our error)

Sale or discounted items (only full-priced items are eligible for return or exchange)
